Meditation & Contemplative Inquiry
Arthur Zajonc began a meditative practice within the tradition of Anthroposophy and continues to serve the Anthroposophical community by leading courses and workshops in meditation. His relationship with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, over many years of meetings and shared research, has informed his understanding of meditation within the Buddhist tradition. He has developed “Contemplative Inquiry,” a cognitive approach to meditation which is oriented toward applying positive solutions to problems and challenges in active life.
